To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 50% retainer due at the time of signing.
The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and retainer are received.
Your retainer will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to; cancellation of wedding/event, date change, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.
Cancellations for special event services (prom, photoshoot, etc) made within a 24 hr period of event date will incur a fee of 50% of service total.
*BRIDAL/Wedding Party cancellations made within a 24 hr period of time will incur a fee of 100% of the service total, as stated in Bridal Contract.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are permitted, however you will be forfeiting any and all retainers, deposits, and/or payments made; no refunds.
In the event that an artist/stylist of KDG Makeup Artistry is unable to perform services for any reason including but not limited to sickness, accident, weather, etc., reasonable accommodations shall be made up to (if applicable/as stated in Bridal Contract)

Payment is expected in full on or before sixty (60) days before event date payable by Cash/Venmo) for the remaining balance. In the event that the event date is booked less than 2-3 months before, the full balance is due at the time of booking with Cash or Credit Card.
Cash, Square, Zelle are accepted for the retainer
(see above for terms of retainer).
If the Client has an outstanding balance on services, such as the Wedding Day, services will not be rendered.
Contract will be signed by the person booking services for a particular session, and will specify the location, date, time, number of persons receiving makeup/hair services, what time each person will have reserved.
If services for more than one person are being booked,
retainer must be paid at the time of contract signing to guarantee each reservation.
. This contract is void after 5 business days from the time it is emailed. If I do not receive your contract and payment within that time period then your date may be forfeited to another booking.
PREVIEW POLICY:
A preview is highly recommended before booking bridal services.
If you decide to try on your look before booking, be aware
that your date may be booked before or after we get to do a preview.
If you choose to book without a preview, extra time will be required on your wedding date to accommodate any possible changes to the final look.
You must have a signed contract and retainer before your date is booked.
• Travel is included up to 15 miles from Los Angeles, CA 90042.
Locations outside of 20+ miles will incur a fee starting at $50/hr.
[Travel fee for locations 2+ hours (time, not mileage) away will be determined between bride/client upon booking.]
• A hotel will be needed for locations more than 1.5 hours away where start times are 7:30 AM or earlier. The hotel fee will be discussed with the Bride/Purchaser & KDG Makeup Artistry and added to the contract.
Additional fees may occur when negotiating booking; including but not limited to :
・Holiday Fee : An extra fee may incur if booking on a recognized Holiday or Holiday weekend
・Additional Artist Fee : An additional artist and fees associated may be required for a larger booking and is solely at the discretion of Beauty by Kelsea
・Rescheduling Fee : If an appointment is cancelled within 24-48 hours, appointment may be rescheduled but may incur a fee.
Late Fees : In the event that an invoice or final payment is not collected at the agreed upon time, late fees may incur.
